Girls Camp Survivor!
All clean, shampoo'd 2x's and ready to rest!
All of the crafts and fun things she did up at camp!
Jessica spent all this week up at girls camp and I missed her soooo much. The house was so quite and I thought about her non stop hoping that she was having a lot of fun. I went up this morning to retrieve her and several other girls from camp and bring them home and it was so fun to listen to all the qwarky camp songs that I recalled from my years at camp!
YOU KNOW:
... A Rig of Bamboo
...John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith
...Bringing Home a Baby Bumble Bee
and on and on and on.....................
When we got home and Ken came out to greet her he got a little choked up! I was emotional all the way up to get her because this just means that she is getting older and more independent! I couldn't believe it... she made it all week with out us :) LOL. The years are just flying by and I can't slow them down. She is becoming such a neat young woman and it's a joy to watch her grow... and I suppose spread her wings a bit!
I am grateful for: My sweet wonderful daughter and the privilege to be her mother.

Ah, girls camp! What fun! Yeah, it's amazing to realize how much they've grown up, huh?

Oh yeah, totally love the girls cmp songs too!!

Girlscamp, what memories. Jessica is growining up. Even the short while we knew her, she seems to have matured over night.

I am sure she was ready to see the shower after a week. How nice to have alone time with you and Ken, yet again, soooo quiet. I am always wanting a minute to myself, then when I get it, I am always anxious to have them back for a little noise around the house. Hope you all doing well.
